The Piedmont Freedom Festival will be at First and Monroe. There will be inflatables, face painting, exotic and farm animals, FREE watermelon, food vendors, a parade and fireworks show. The activities begin at 5 p.m.; parade, 7 p.m.; fireworks at dusk.
