“Jumanji: The Next Level” Won the Box Office

“Jumanji: The Next Level” raked in $60.1 million at the box office in its first weekend, easily making it the #1 movie at the box office.  “Frozen 2” was a distant second, making another $19.2 million in its fourth week. Clint Eastwood’s “Richard Jewell”, tanked, with only $5 million.  It’s one of the worst openings in his career as a director. Here’s the Top 10 from this weekend:

6.  “Ford v. Ferrari”, $4.1 million.  Up to $98.2 million in its 5th week.

 

7.  “Queen & Slim”, $3.6 million.  Up to $33.2 million in its 3rd week.

 

8.  “A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood”, $3.4 million.  Up to $49.3 million in its 4th week.

 

9.  “Dark Waters”, $2 million.  Up to $8.9 million in its 4th week.

 

10.  “21 Bridges”, $1.19 million.  Up to $26.4 million in its 4th week.
